Depending on email traffic, we generally respond within 24 hours on consequetive business days (not considering weekends and holidays). You may encounter delays due to heavy email traffic - in that event priority order is defined based on a considered selection of factors for urgency. While you await a response from our end, you can completely trust us to be on the job.

We work with a lean team to remain low-cost and reduce overheads loaded on the pricing of our solutions and services. Hence, despite working long days, every now and then, there are a few days when we carry forward backlog of unresponded emails to the next business day. Feedback from our users reflect that we still achieve a higher than expectations ratings on our support.
